He holds a degree from McNeese State University and has built a strong career spanning multiple facets of the industry—starting as a lab technician in a polymer plant before transitioning into industrial sales, business development, and product management for the past 16 years.
Beyond his professional achievements, Donnie is a devoted husband and father of two. He values time spent with family and friends, whether traveling, boating, fishing, hunting, golfing, or cheering on his kids at their sporting events. A passionate sports fan, he proudly supports the Houston Astros and LSU Tigers.
A Lake Charles native, Grant Raley is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in coaching and industrial sales. He is a proud graduate of McNeese State University, where he played football, honing his leadership skills both on and off the field.
For 13 years, Grant served as a head coach at Moss Bluff Middle School and SJ Welsh Middle School, shaping young athletes and instilling values of teamwork and discipline. Transitioning into the industrial sector, he has spent the past five years building a successful career in industrial sales.
Above all, Grant is a devoted husband and father of three. He enjoys quality time with his family, embracing every moment together.
Hailing from the small town of Grand Chenier, Jodi Landry brings 20 years of diverse experience across the heavy equipment, real estate, and industrial sectors. She is a graduate of South Cameron High School and earned an Associate’s Degree in Accounting from Sowela Technical College, equipping her with a strong foundation in finance and business operations.
Outside the office, Jodi enjoys embracing the great outdoors, spending quality time with family and friends. A passionate sports fan, she proudly supports LSU and the New Orleans Saints.

Born and raised in Holmwood, Louisiana, Kinley brings a strong scientific background, a keen attention to detail, and a passion for building meaningful connections with customers. She graduated in 2024 from McNeese State University with a degree in Biological Science, where she developed a deep understanding of technical processes and problem-solving—skills that translate seamlessly into the industrial sales industry.
Before joining Trilogy, Kinley worked as a lab technician at Levingston, where she honed her analytical skills and gained valuable experience working in precision-driven environments. Her ability to understand complex systems and communicate effectively makes her a natural fit in sales, helping clients find the best solutions to meet their operational needs.
Outside of work, Kinley enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, attending concerts, and riding horses. She believes in living life to the fullest and embracing every opportunity to learn and grow. Her favorite quote, “The words you speak become the house you live in” – Hafiz, reflects her belief in the power of positivity, integrity, and strong relationships—values she brings to her work at Trilogy Industrial Sales.
