At Trilogy Industrial Sales, we are proud to have Kinley LeBlanc as part of our growing team. Born and raised in Holmwood, Louisiana, Kinley brings a strong scientific background, a keen attention to detail, and a passion for building meaningful connections with customers. She graduated in 2024 from McNeese State University with a degree in Biological Science, where she developed a deep understanding of technical processes and problem-solving—skills that translate seamlessly into the industrial sales industry.

Before joining Trilogy, Kinley worked as a lab technician at Levingston, where she honed her analytical skills and gained valuable experience working in precision-driven environments. Her ability to understand complex systems and communicate effectively makes her a natural fit in sales, helping clients find the best solutions to meet their operational needs.

Outside of work, Kinley enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, attending concerts, and riding horses. She believes in living life to the fullest and embracing every opportunity to learn and grow. Her favorite quote, “The words you speak become the house you live in” – Hafiz, reflects her belief in the power of positivity, integrity, and strong relationships—values she brings to her work at Trilogy Industrial Sales.
